Uploading files
1
Open the Knowledge page
Open “Configure” > “Knowledge” in the sidebar and click “Add source.”
2
Add files
Drag and drop files or folders onto the drop zone, or click to select them (multiple allowed). There is a file-size limit; you will see an error if you exceed it.
3
Set the title and destination, then add
Set a title, an optional description, and the destination folder, then press “Add.”
Registering a URL
In “Add source,” enter a URL (e.g.,https://example.com/handbook). HTML pages are supported, along with PDF, Atom, and RSS feeds.
A snapshot is saved on registration. To pick up changes to the original page, run “Re-fetch.”
Importing Notion pages
With the Notion integration, you can import Notion pages as knowledge.1
Connect Notion
If Notion is not connected yet, the “Import from Notion” section in “Add source” shows a “Connect Notion” button. Authorization opens in a popup and brings you straight back to the dialog — files and inputs you have staged are kept. (Connecting from the Connectors page works too: Personal connectors.) Share the pages you want to import with the integration — only shared pages can be imported.
2
Paste the page URL
In the “Import from Notion” section, paste the Notion page URL (
notion.so/...) and click “Add.”If you see “An error occurred with Notion,” check that the target page has been shared with the integration.
Handling duplicate filenames
Adding a file with the same name to the same folder brings up a confirmation dialog.- Replace — overwrite the existing file with the new content
- Save with a different name — keep both
Editing and deleting sources
- Use “Edit” in the list to change the title, description, or folder. The source type and its target (such as the URL) cannot be changed — to switch to a different source, delete it and add a new one
- Use “Delete” to remove a source. You can also select multiple sources and delete them in bulk
