Available services
Beyond these, Google and Microsoft apps — Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Google Tasks, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams — can be connected the same way, so the AI can call each connected app’s tools. Every connection opens its own authorization screen and is per-user, just like the services above (the lineup can vary by environment).
Connecting
1
Open the Connectors page
Open “Configure” > “Connectors” in the sidebar.
2
Connect a service
Press the “Connect” button for the service you want, then sign in and approve on the authorization screen that appears.
3
Use it in chat
Once connected, just ask in chat — “Summarize yesterday’s email from Tanaka-san” or “What’s on my calendar tomorrow?” — and the AI will use the tools.
Connecting and reconnecting from chat
You don’t have to visit the Connectors page first. When a conversation needs a service you haven’t connected, the AI can show a connect card — “Connect Gmail?”, for example — right in the chat. Press “Connect” and approve on the authorization screen that opens in a separate window, or pass with “Not now.” Once connected, the AI continues the conversation and can use the service right away. Connections made from chat are the same per-user connections as those made from the Connectors page. If an existing connection stops working — the authorization has expired or been revoked, for example — the AI shows a reconnect card (“Reconnect Gmail?”) the same way. Reconnecting re-authenticates the same connection in place; nothing needs to be set up again.Sending email with Gmail
When you ask the AI to send an email, an email draft card appears in the chat. Review and edit the recipients, subject, and body before sending, or cancel with “Discard.” The AI never sends email on its own.Security and privacy
- Personal connectors are used only in chats by you, the person who connected them. Other workspace members cannot access your Gmail or Slack
- Credentials (tokens) are stored encrypted and are never passed to the AI
- You can “Disconnect” at any time. After disconnecting, the AI can no longer access that service (you can reconnect whenever you like)
If you disconnect Notion, knowledge already imported remains, but you can no longer import new pages or refetch existing ones.
