Configure your Netsea API credentials to manage products, orders, and interact with the Netsea marketplace from your Jinba Flow workflows.

Prerequisites

  • A Netsea seller account
  • API access enabled for your account

Getting Your API Credentials

  1. Sign in to your Netsea seller account
  2. Navigate to your seller dashboard
  3. Go to the “API Settings” or “Developer” section
  4. Click “Generate API Key” or “Create new API key”
  5. Give your API key a descriptive name
  6. Copy the generated API Key and API Secret (you’ll only see them once)

API Permissions

When creating your API key, you can specify permissions:

Read Permissions

  • Read product information - Access product details and inventory
  • Read order information - Access order history and details
  • Read customer information - Access customer data
  • Read sales reports - Access sales and analytics data

Write Permissions

  • Create and update products - Manage product listings
  • Update inventory - Modify stock levels
  • Process orders - Update order status
  • Manage shipping - Update shipping information

Setting Up in Jinba Flow

  1. Go to your workspace settings in Jinba Flow
  2. Navigate to the “Secret” section
  3. Find “Netsea” in the list of available credentials
  4. Click “Configure” or “Add New”
  5. Enter your Netsea API credentials:
    • API Key: From your Netsea API settings
    • API Secret: From your Netsea API settings
    • Seller ID: Your Netsea seller identifier
  6. Click “Save” to store your credentials

Once configured, you can use Netsea in your flows to:
