Archive Feature

The archive feature allows you to hide flows that are no longer needed without deleting them permanently. Archived flows can be restored within 30 days, so you don’t have to worry about accidental deletion.

What is Archive

Archive is a “soft delete” feature for flows. Instead of permanently deleting a flow, it temporarily hides it so you can restore it if needed later.

Characteristics of Archived Flows

  • Cannot edit: Flows cannot be edited while archived
  • Cannot run: Flow execution is disabled while archived
  • Can view: Flow contents can still be viewed
  • Restorable: Can be restored to its original state within 30 days

What Happens When You Archive

  • Removed from MCP: If registered as an MCP tool, it will be automatically removed
  • Unpublished: Published flows will be unpublished

Permanent Deletion After 30 Days

Archived flows are permanently deleted after 30 days. Please note that restoration is not possible after permanent deletion.

Archiving a Flow

  1. Find the flow you want to archive in the flow list
  2. Click the menu (…) in the top right of the flow card
  3. Select “Archive”
  4. Click “Archive” in the confirmation dialog
You can also archive multiple flows at once:
  1. Select the checkboxes of the flows you want to archive
  2. Click “Delete” from the bulk action menu that appears at the top
  3. Click “Archive” in the confirmation dialog

Viewing Archived Flows

Archived flows are not displayed in the list by default. To view them:
  1. Click the filter button on the flow list page
  2. Check “Include archived” in the “Archived” section
  3. Archived flows will appear in the list
Archived flows are displayed with an “Archived” badge.

Restoring a Flow

To restore an archived flow:
  1. Enable “Include archived” in the filter
  2. Find the flow you want to restore
  3. Select “Restore” from the flow card menu
The restored flow becomes editable and executable again. However, MCP registration and published status removed during archiving are not automatically restored, so you’ll need to reconfigure them if needed.

Important Notes

  • Archiving unpublishes the flow and removes MCP registration
  • Scheduled executions are also stopped
  • Permanently deleted after 30 days - restore needed flows before the deadline
  • Restoration is not possible after permanent deletion
