How the AI learns about you, and how to manage what it learns

The AI in Jinba App Neo gradually learns your preferences and business terminology through chat and applies them in future conversations. Manage this personal memory under “Personal > Memory” in Settings.

Your personal memory is invisible to other users. Agent memory, shared per agent, is managed separately.

Controlling learning and recall

Switch	Description
Learn from chats	The AI writes down anything it judges worth remembering, as it happens in chat. Turning it off stops new entries (existing memories remain)
Use past memories	The AI consults past memories when responding. Turning it off keeps writing new entries but stops using them in responses

Turning off “Learn from chats” also stops writes to agent memory in chats with shared agents. It does not backfill from past logs.

Viewing and managing memories

You can review the list of everything the AI remembers about you.

• Each entry can be edited or deleted individually
• Recently updated entries carry a “Recent” badge
• If something incorrect was learned, edit or delete the entry

Bulk export and deletion

For compliance needs (GDPR deletion requests, offboarding cleanup, and the like), you can operate on your memory as a whole.

• Export all — download your entire memory as a ZIP
• Delete all — permanently erase all memory (including the underlying store). This cannot be undone. Learning starts fresh from an empty state in your next chat

A good split: put rules you want enforced reliably in Your instructions, and leave day-to-day context to learning.
