Profile

Profile information such as your display name and email address is managed by JinbaAuth, the authentication platform.
  • To make changes, use the “Update in JinbaAuth” button to go to the JinbaAuth screen
  • Sign-in settings such as password changes and two-factor authentication are also managed in JinbaAuth

Your instructions (custom instructions)

You can register instructions that are automatically applied to every chat with every agent (up to 3,000 characters).
  • Examples: “Always respond in Japanese,” “I prefer concise answers,” “I’m a backend engineer in fintech”
  • Write anything you always want followed: tone, language, format, your role, and so on
Memory is rewritten automatically by the AI, but “Your instructions” stay exactly as you wrote them. Put rules you want enforced reliably here.

Organization usage

You can view a snapshot of your organization’s subscription usage (plan, member count, storage). The figures are aggregated across all workspaces.
