Flow input forms
When running a jinba-flow flow, the required inputs are shown as a form.- Fill in the required fields (marked with
*) and press “Run” to execute the flow - Fields with an AI guess badge contain initial values the AI inferred from the conversation. You can use them as-is or edit them
- For file fields, enter the path or reference of the file the flow needs
- Press “Cancel” to abandon the input
Multiple-choice questions
When the AI is unsure how to proceed, it may show a question card with options.- Choose one option per question (or several, when “Multi-select” is shown)
- If no option fits, pick “Other” and type a free-form answer (typing selects it automatically)
- Once you answer, the AI resumes work
Jinba AI operation card
When the conversation calls for jinba-flow operations and AI operation is off, a card may appear asking “Let the AI operate your Jinba?”- Choose “Enable” and an “Allow the AI to operate your Jinba?” dialog explains the scope; press “Allow” to let the AI list, create, and run Jinba flows on your behalf. This is a one-time, account-wide setting — you won’t be asked again in any chat, and the AI resumes the original request right away
- Choose “Not now” to skip. You can turn it on (or off) later from the Jinba Flow page
- If your organization’s settings disable AI code execution, the card shows “Unavailable — your organization’s settings disable AI code execution.” and cannot be enabled
Credentials (such as API keys) are never passed to the AI. For details on how it works, see jinba-flow integration.
Agent setting proposals
When you ask for it in chat — or when the AI spots something that would help — the AI can create a new agent or change the current agent’s setup. Each change is shown as a proposal card first, and nothing is applied until you approve it.- Agent creation proposed (in chats with no agent selected) — review the name, description, model, and system prompt, then press “Create.” An “Open” link takes you to the new agent
- Settings change proposed — shows what changes, including a system prompt diff. Press “Apply changes”; changes apply from the next chat
- Connector addition proposed / Knowledge addition proposed — attach an already-connected connector or a knowledge source to the agent. Choose “Add” to attach it, or “Dismiss” to pass; additions take effect from your next chat
- Confirm memory action — memory operations such as clearing the agent’s memory. Cleared memory can’t be recovered
- Confirm agent deletion / Confirm detach — destructive operations always ask for confirmation first
Email draft card
If Gmail is connected and you ask the AI to send an email, an email draft card appears in the chat. Review and edit the recipients, subject, and body before sending. You can also cancel with “Discard.” The AI never sends email without your confirmation.Skill suggestions
When a reusable procedure takes shape during a chat, the AI may show a “Skill suggestion” card.- Check what will be saved in the body preview
- Choose where to save it:
- This agent only — usable only by the current agent (you can promote it to shared later)
- Workspace shared — available to every agent
- Choose “Save” to register it, or “Dismiss” to pass
