Connector Management Features

You can perform management operations such as re-fetching, uninstalling, and renaming on installed connectors.

Re-fetching Connectors

Refresh the connector’s connection information to the latest state.

When Re-fetching is Needed

  • When settings have been changed on the external service side
  • When connection errors occur
  • When the tool list has been updated

Re-fetch Steps

Select Connector

Click the connector you want to re-fetch from the My Connectors list.

Open Menu

Click the settings menu (⋮) on the connector details screen.

Select 'Re-fetch'

Select “Re-fetch” from the menu.

Confirm Completion

A confirmation message will appear when re-fetch is complete.

Uninstalling Connectors

Remove connectors that are no longer needed.
Once uninstalled, the connector will no longer be available in chat. You will need to reinstall it to use it again.

Uninstall Steps

Select Connector

Click the connector you want to uninstall from the My Connectors list.

Open Menu

Click the settings menu (⋮) on the connector details screen.

Select 'Uninstall'

Select “Uninstall” from the menu.

Confirmation Dialog

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click “Uninstall” to confirm.

Renaming Connectors

You can change the display name of a connector. This changes the name used when typing @connectorname in chat.

When Renaming is Useful

  • When you want to distinguish between multiple accounts of the same service
  • When you want a shorter name for easier access
  • When you want to name it according to its purpose

Rename Steps

Select Connector

Click the connector you want to rename from the My Connectors list.

Open Menu

Click the settings menu (⋮) on the connector details screen.

Select 'Rename'

Select “Rename” from the menu.

Enter New Name

Enter the new name in the rename dialog and click “Save”.
After renaming, you can call the connector using @newname in chat.

Troubleshooting

Please check the following:
  • Is the external service account still valid?
  • Has the API key or token expired?
  • Have access permissions been changed on the external service side?
  • Connectors in use by agents may not be uninstallable
  • Remove the connector reference from the agent first
