Configure Intercom credentials to send messages, create contacts, and track events from Jinba Flow.

Required Credentials

  • Access Token
You can create and manage access tokens in the Intercom Developer Hub.

Setup

  1. Sign in to your Intercom workspace
  2. Open the Intercom Developer Hub
  3. Create or select an app for your workspace
  4. Generate an access token with the scopes required by your workflow
  5. In Jinba Flow, open your workspace secrets settings
  6. Add an Intercom credential and save the access token

Notes

  • Some example flows also use an Intercom admin ID for reply operations
  • Keep access tokens private and rotate them when needed
