Configure SmartHR credentials to list, create, update, delete, and invite employees (crews) from Jinba Flow.

Required Credentials

  • Subdomain — Your SmartHR instance URL (e.g. https://example.daruma.space or example.smarthr.jp).
  • Access Token — SmartHR API access token with the required scopes.

Setup

  1. Sign in to your SmartHR workspace.
  2. Open API or developer settings and create or copy an API access token.
  3. In Jinba Flow, open your workspace secrets settings.
  4. Add a SmartHR credential (SmartHR Access Token) and enter the access token.
  5. When configuring SmartHR tools, set the subdomain and select the saved credential for the access token.

Notes

  • Keep access tokens private and rotate them when needed.
