Configure SmartHR credentials to list, create, update, delete, and invite employees (crews) from Jinba Flow.

Required Credentials

  • Subdomain — Your SmartHR instance URL (e.g. https://example.daruma.space or example.smarthr.jp).
  • Access Token — SmartHR API access token with the required scopes for the tools you use.

Setup

  1. Sign in to your SmartHR workspace (e.g. SmartHR or your Daruma Space subdomain).
  2. Open API or developer settings and create or copy an API access token.
  3. In Jinba Flow, open your workspace secrets settings.
  4. Add a SmartHR credential:
    • Choose SmartHR Access Token and enter the access token.
  5. When configuring SmartHR tools in a flow, set the subdomain to your SmartHR URL and select the saved credential for the access token.

Notes

  • The subdomain is the base URL of your SmartHR instance (with or without https://).
  • Keep access tokens private and rotate them when needed.
  • Ensure the token has the scopes required by the tools (e.g. crew read/write, invite).
