# Intercom認証情報

> メッセージ送信や顧客イベント管理のための Intercom 認証情報を設定

Jinba Flow から Intercom のメッセージ送信、コンタクト作成、イベント追跡を行うための認証情報を設定します。

## 必要な認証情報

* **Access Token**

アクセストークンは [Intercom Developer Hub](https://developers.intercom.com/) で作成・管理できます。

## 設定手順

1. Intercom ワークスペースにサインイン
2. [Intercom Developer Hub](https://developers.intercom.com/) を開く
3. ワークスペース用のアプリを作成、または既存アプリを選択
4. ワークフローに必要な権限を持つアクセストークンを発行
5. Jinba Flow のワークスペースシークレット設定を開く
6. Intercom 認証情報を追加し、アクセストークンを保存する

## 注意点

* 一部のサンプルフローでは返信操作のために Intercom admin ID も使用します
* アクセストークンは機密情報として扱い、必要に応じてローテーションしてください
