# Twilio Credentials

> Set up Twilio credentials for SMS and WhatsApp integrations

Configure Twilio credentials to send SMS and WhatsApp messages from Jinba Flow.

## Required Credentials

* **Account SID**
* **Auth Token**

You can find both values in the [Twilio Console](https://console.twilio.com/).

## Setup

1. Sign up or log in to [Twilio](https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio)
2. Open the [Twilio Console](https://console.twilio.com/)
3. Copy your **Account SID**
4. Reveal and copy your **Auth Token**
5. In Jinba Flow, open your workspace secrets settings
6. Add a Twilio credential and save these values

## Trial Account Notes

* Trial accounts can only send to verified phone numbers
* Trial messages include a Twilio trial signature
* WhatsApp testing requires joining the [Twilio Sandbox](https://console.twilio.com/us1/develop/sms/try-it-out/whatsapp-learn)
